👶 For the small kids: Pack & play and high chair are in the cabin as well as toddler kitchenware.
🛜 The wifi is through a satellite internet service (Starlink), which is usually reliable. Speeds up to 125 mbps can be attained but outages do occur from time to time. We cannot make any guarantees about the speed or reliability of the wifi and refunds are not provided for outages or slow speeds. Book this cabin to disconnect with electronics and reconnect with each other and nature.
🐞 Keep in mind that this cabin is in the woods. You may see insects or bears and other wildlife from time to time. Bring a camera! The cabin does have pest control but again...it's a cabin in the woods!
🦮 We are pet friendly - There is a $110 pet fee for bringing up to 2 dogs. You will find food/water bowls and a 36" crate at the cabin for your dog.
The log cabin is fully stocked as a permanent vacation rental cabin that we have brought dreams to reality in. We would be honored to host your stay in the Great Smoky Mountains and it would be our pleasure if you allow us to host your stay in the mountains where you'll make incredible memories that will last a lifetime.
** Restricted check in/out days Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
** The teepee is open and available for your use all year. If you plan to use it for sleeping arrangements, please be mindful of the weather in colder months. We do have 2 high power heaters in the teepee for the cooler months that keep it up to 65 degrees.

We are proud to offer all Current Military, Veterans, Police & Firefighters a 5% discount. In order to receive this discount, you must make your reservation first then send us a message in Air BnB with a copy of your proof of service. The name on the reservation and payment must match the name on the proof of service. We will then refund 5% of the accommodation back to you in the resolution center the day after your check-in
Access
This home has plentiful off-street parking in the driveway for up to 4 vehicles. Please do not park on the grass. It's best to back into the driveway when arriving so you can pull forward to leave. Please stay to the left side of the driveway as the right side can be a bit steep. This cabin is 6 miles west of The Parkway where you will find an abundance of attractions, restaurants and entertainment. There is no shortage of things to do nearby.

We will not be available in person at the property but are available by phone from 8am through 10pm. This cabin is hosted by SmokyMountainVacationCabins
Neighborhood
This home is in a quiet neighborhood on a dead end street with a large forest behind the house.
Transit
The driveway will fit 3-4 vehicles. It is recommended to back into the driveway when arriving and pulling out forward when departing the property. Please follow this recommendation.
Notes
* Outdoor hot tub overlooking the outdoor fireplace and lighted forest
- We completely drain, sanitize and refill the hot tub after every guest checks out.
* In order to sleep 6 guests - The sofa bed is needed in the living room. The teepee will sleep up to 4 additional guests for a maximum of 10 at the property.
* Coffee - This cabin is equipped with a standard drip style coffee maker and a Keurig pods coffee maker. You will want to bring your own coffee supplies.
* Firewood is not included but is locally available at every gas station. Please, no large fires as the home is surrounded by forest and is made entirely of wood.
* The fireplace inside the cabin is electric and may be used any time of the year.
* This property is strictly limited to 10 guests. Guests violating this policy will be asked to leave without refund.
* No parties permitted. Quiet hours of 10pm through 8am are strictly enforced and will get reported by neighbors to authorities.
* The roads to access the cabin are main roads, they are not steep and are accessible any time of the year by any vehicle.
* Early checkin and late checkout are not available at this cabin as that time is needed to prepare the cabin for the next guest. Requests for this will unfortunately need to be declined.
* The EV charging station is between the 2 garage doors - The charging station is a fast 48 Amp charging station.
* Please do not leave any food in your car and no not leave any coolers in the car or outside of the car. Bears have an incredible sense of smell and will attempt to get to the food. You are strongly advised not to bring food into the teepee.
House Rules
* Please note - If you are arriving on the same day that you are making the reservation, you must message us prior to making your reservation to ensure the cabin will be ready for you. Please include the time you expect to arrive in your message. * Quiet hours outside of the home after 10pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. Noise ordinances are followed in this area. * No smoking inside of the cabin. There is a smoking receptacle behind the house. $400 smoke cleaning fee inside of the cabin. * Please do not bathe your pet or service animal in the showers. This will clog our septic tank. * Up to 2 dogs are allowed but they must be 50 lbs or less and housebroken - No aggressive breeds allowed. There is a 36 inch dog crate in the home. Any pet left home alone must remain in the crate. In order to bring a pet, you must select the # of pets on your reservation. Guests violating this policy will be asked to leave without refund. * The garage is locked and off limits to guests. Breaking into the garage or entering the garage will be grounds for immediate termination of your visit without refund. The interior of the garage is monitored by security cameras.

We decided at the last minute to leave ky and go to tennessee,to get away from the hustle and bustle. I saw this cabin and wanted it,instantly!! And my preteen and teen kids absolutely loved the whole cabin,tepee,the whole trip!! We loved to play monopoly empire,never heard of it,but im soon gonna buy it!! Laser tag was awesome for outside fun!! My husband was smitten with the electonic dartboard,the fact u saw a live person,was what won him over. He played for almost 2 hours straight,his biceps hurt the next day!! Lol!! My kids said this was the best cabin we have ever had and want to rent it the next time we go to that area. The light show was phenomenal,like nothing i have ever seen!! The forest was so peaceful and serene. We didnt sleep in the tepee cuz it was still too chilly but the next time, its on like donkey kong!!! Beds were so comfortable,we all slept like babies!! We definitely cant wait til our next trip and pray that we will be able to get this cabin again!!
