Step inside on the main level with vaulted ceiling and open floor plan, plush furniture, soft lighting, stone fireplace, and large Smart TV. You’ll enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, high-end appliances, cookware and dishware, inviting you to prepare your favorite meals and enjoy them at the dining table that seats 10. For those of us who love to cook outside, we offer a propane gas grill, and an open fire pit.
The outside space is designed with fun in mind for adults and children alike. Enter hammock hollow off the back deck via the twisty slide or the stairs. Kids love the play area with swings, slide, and games, whilst adults enjoy the firepits and hammocks. Enjoy 2 levels of deck with comfy couches, outside dining, porch swings, hot tub and gas fireplace.
This cabin is packed with indoor family fun. From the heated indoor pool with access to the backyard, to the theater room, which is designed to provide the ultimate movie-watching experience for everyone.
This room is equipped with an 85 inch screen smart tv, high-quality sound, and comfortable leather reclining seats, designed to transport you into the world of your favorite films. Upstairs the game room has a full sized pool table and barrel arcade machine with multiple games & X Box. The cabin also has a whole host of board and card games.

On the main floor you will find one king size bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 10 foot ceilings. On the second floor you will find a similar king size bedroom with en-suite bathroom with closet, and smart TV. The open loft features a unique handcrafted full over full bunk bed with cubbies and LED light features with a custom reclaimed barn wood sunrise. In addition the living room couch converts into a comfortable queen sized bed.

Each king size bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo and the third full bathroom with a stand up shower is found on the lower level.
*Laundry *
Full sized washer and dryer unit is available for guest use free of charge on the lower level.

Neighborhood
Bluff Mountain Acres is a community of cabins on larger properties so you are not close to you neighbors, but still within 10 minutes of the parkway in Pigeon Forge and close to area attractions. The drive is easy with no steep roads and all roads are paved and wide enough for 2 vehicles.
Transit
Parking is private to your cabin and there is room for 3 large vehicles on the driveway ! No sharing! The cabin sits on just shy of an acre of land and is on the corner which offers complete privacy and an open feel. Access to the cabin and neighborhood is an easy drive. For those feeling more adventurous, car racing, mountain coasters and ziplines are nearby too!

** Please note that there is some construction going on across the street from this cabin that may have some construction noise as of September 2024, until about 5pm ** We have high speed internet, Roku TVs in all rooms - 85" in the theater room. Shops are less than 10 minutes away. The roads are easy to drive and are paved. ★ Starter Pack ★ Our housekeeping team provides a starter pack of supplies. Anything needed in addition to these should be brought by the guest. You can also have Instacart deliver food/drinks/supplies to the cabin as well. - Trash can liners - 1 additional provided - 1 Dishwasher pod, sponge & d=small detergent - 1 Laundry pod - 1 Hand soap - Hotel sized Shampoo, Conditioner & Body Wash - 1 Roll paper towel - 2 Rolls Toilet tissue per bathroom - 1 set of towels per person for the maximum capacity of the cabin
House Rules
VACATION RENTAL HOUSE RULES Complying with these House Rules at the Vacation Rental Property is a requirement of the vacation rental agreement. Failure to adhere to the below House Rules may result in penalties such as deductions from the security deposit. 1. GENERAL This Vacation Rental is suitable for children. Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times, as well as any disturbance caused to other residents in the Neighborhood; 2. NOISE AND THE NEIGHBORHOOD Excessive noise is prohibited at all times and may result in termination of the vacation rental agreement, eviction, loss of rental paid, and extra charges which may be deducted from the Security Deposit. 3. VISITORS Guests and Visitors must keep noise to a minimum especially during nighttime hours (e.g. 11 pm – 8 am), and upon arrival and departure. Guests are responsible for ensuring maximum visitor numbers are not exceeded and that visitors are complicit with these House Rules. Guests must notify the Owner of any disputes or complaints from neighbors as soon as reasonably practicable. 4. FUNCTIONS Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at the Vacation Rental. 5. PARKING Guests and any Visitors are to comply with parking regulations and other requirements, parking for 3 vehicles is available. 6. GARBAGE AND RECYCLING Guests and their Visitors are to dispose of Garbage and Recycling in the allocated trash cans. 7. SECURITY One security camera is located on the front porch to ensure insurance requirements for the property. Any time Guests leave the Vacation Rental, it is their responsibility to ensure all windows and doors are closed/locked to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage. Guests must switch off lights, fans, and electronics such as televisions when not in use to promote energy saving. Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at the Vacation Rental. 8. HOT TUB and SWIMMING POOL For safety reasons, it is not permitted to use any glassware in or around the pool or hot tub area. Children are to be accompanied by an adult when using the swimming pool. Guests must supervise any babies and children at all times when using the Deck and Balcony areas including the swimming pool and hot tub. 9. BALCONY AND DECK AREAS Guests must supervise any babies and children at all times when using the Deck and Balcony areas. 10. SMOKING Smoking is not permitted inside the Vacation Rental. Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly (i.e. in the ashtray provided) and not thrown on property grounds. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from the security deposit. 11. PETS Pets are not permitted at the Vacation Rental. 12. BARBECUE Gas grill and open fire pit with grate. All utensils are inside the kitchen please clean the grill or grates after each use. 13. EMERGENCY CONTACT DETAILS In case of emergency dial 911 first Emergency contact: Karen De Amorim - 14. COMPLIANCE WITH VACATION RENTAL HOUSE RULES Breach of any of these House Rules is a breach of the Terms and Conditions of occupancy as per the Rental Agreement. The Owner reserves the right to terminate permission to occupy and to evict from the Vacation Rental, any Guests or Visitors who refuse to follow these House Rules or who cause a nuisance to neighbors or other residents of the community. All Damages and Breakages must be reported to the Owner as soon as reasonably practicable. Failure to report them will likely result in a penalty deduction from the security deposit. To avoid Damages and Breakages, no furniture must be moved from one room to another without prior agreement. No bathroom towels will be removed from the property.

The space was comfortable and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our stay. We did encounter a few minor issues, but Karen was incredibly responsive and addressed them quickly.
