The home was in a great location and looked event better in person. Lots of space and filled with amenities to keep you going! Very comfortable and close to many stores and outside activities. Look forward to seeing the community once fully finished !

Please note the home is wonderful. It is a new neighborhood and the amenities mentioned are not yet built. The subdivision is under HEAVY construction. The road in was often blocked with cranes and steel beams being placed on houses within the neighborhood. There is only one road in and out so plan your day according to construction crews blocking the road. The hosts are fantastic, the house is close enough to nearby attractions that you can access within 5-10 minutes. There are plenty of houses still to be built so I imagine construction to last a good while yet. Even so our stay was great

The house was beautiful, it felt new & we really liked how it was split up so the kids played on the pool floor & the top floor. It kept us from being on top of each other! We had read in a previous review about the construction of other homes being built in the subdivision, but we were unprepared for how much construction was actually happening, There were many different 5-8 man crews working on at least 10-12 houses all day, every day. The construction didn’t bother us hugely, we sat on decks & watched & discussed their work methods and when we closed the deck doors, we couldn’t hear them at all. Pretty sure the owners need to get the homes rented out asap. The home is not very far, maybe 1.5-2 miles away from anything you could possibly want to do, but is still in the country where you wouldn’t think such a busy metropolis could be so close. This place is going to be even better when the front area of the subdivision is completed with a spa & lazy river. Kids already want to return!

We had a great time at this house. Everything was what we expected it to be. We did have a couple of issues that we brought up to Joe. He was quick to respond and helpful. I will book with him again in the future. The only thing that we wish could have been different is the checked out time. Do you know how hard it is to get everything out and loaded before 10am? But overall it was a great trip. The amenity center was not done yet. Maybe next time we come. Thank you

Alpine Splash is a beautiful property close to all you want to see and do in the area. It was a great stay for a large extended family. Plenty of spaces in the house to spread out and enjoy family time.

Perfect home away from home with so many extras! The home was pristine! Portable phone chargers are in every bedroom! My teens loved that. Kitchen was well stocked with everything to cook full large family meals. Indoor pool, fire table, and 3 porches! It’s a 2 minute drive to the strip which is convenient. But far enough off the strip that you don’t experience the hustle and bustle it’s known for. You even see the fireworks that The Island sets off nightly from the balcony. A lovely freebie. The pictures don’t do this home justice. The decor is nice without being fussy. The furniture and mattress quality is unbeatable. We have visited Pidgeon Forge for 6 years running and we get a different cabin every year hoping for the right fit. This is it. I’m already getting everyone to look at their Christmas holiday availability to see if we can go ahead and secure this cabin again. When they finish the neighborhoods lazy river and outdoor theater you won’t have to leave the home.

One word to describe this place is AMAZING!!! The pictures don’t do this AirBnb justice it’s way more beautiful in person! Joe was an amazing host and always kept in contact. The house is huge with plenty of space for family and friends. Joe was very thoughtful and literally had everything we needed for our stay from tons of dishes, pots/pans for cooking along with seasonings to prepare food. The comfy theatre and pool were very nice in keeping the kids entertained. I will DEFINITELY be returning, thanks Joe :-)

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The cabin was beautiful and had all the amenities you could possibly need. The movie room and pool were a hit. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Only 1 mile from the parkway-easy access to cabin ( no stairs at main door - which was a plus since we had two seniors with us) I will note just for a reference- at the time of this review they were doing construction on multiple cabins in the neighborhood, but it didn't really bother us - we sat outside watching them work a couple times. The other thing is there are only blinds ( which is fairly normal in cabins like this) so the sunshine comes in early in a couple of the rooms. It is a bit in the higher price side, but it is brand new and luxurious - and I look forward to seeing the ‘neighborhood ’ completed. Would I stay here again? Most definitely !!

This was by far the most amazing rental my family and I have stayed in. Price was amazing for our 2 night stay with 3 families! The kids loved the pool (I loved that the door leading to the pool had a key code lock on it for safety).
