Our cabin is brand new construction as of 2022.
We hold ourselves to a very high standard of service & cleanliness. All linens, towels, and toiletries are provided to guests & freshly changed after each stay. The hot tub is drained and cleaned at each checkout. Please communicate with us if something is not to standard and we will address the issue promptly.

The area offers a phenomenal array of world class hiking trails of all varieties & skill levels (Abram Falls, Cades Cove Nature Trail, Laurel Falls, Grotto Falls, Rainbow Falls, and many more!)
Fall foliage is spectacular and can be seen well on Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail, Newfound Gap, and more driving scenic routes to explore.
Dollywood is one of the main attractions in the area boasting a theme park, mini putt, axe throwing bars, & arcades & much more. This is a full day's event guaranteed. Nearby Dollywood you'll find amazing dinner shows to entertain kids of all ages. Also in the area are museums of all types: classic cars, Alcatraz, Titanic and several children's' museums.
More adventures await with zip-lining at Adventure Park Five Oaks & Foxfire Mountain Adventures. A more tranquil time on the links can be found a The Sevierville Golf Club (2 18 hole championship courses only 6 min away) Gatlinburg Golf Course, Bent Creek Golf Club, and Creekside Golf Course (9 holes).

We are proud to offer all Current Military, Veterans, Police & Firefighters a 5% discount. In order to receive this discount, you must make your reservation first then send us a message with a copy of your proof of service. The name on the reservation and payment must match the name on the proof of service. We will then refund 5% of the accommodation back to you in the resolution center the day of your check in.

Access
★Access★ We have a digital lock system in place for the front door. The access code will be provided with check in information. A lock box is on property in case passage code system fails and will provide a bolt lock key and knob lock key. Other things to note Family friendly area and well equipped for the family retreat! Check in/check out info provided prior to check in. Property is monitored with exterior security cameras for the safety of the cabin & guests. All parts of the cabin are accessible except for the locked owners closet.
Interaction With Guests
We are available by phone from 8am to 9pm. We are not avaible in person.
House Rules
* Please note - If you are arriving on the same day that you are making the reservation, you must message us prior to making your reservation to ensure the cabin will be ready for you. Please include the time you expect to arrive in your message. * Quiet hours outside of the home after 10pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. Noise ordinances are followed in this area. * No smoking inside of the cabin. There is a smoking receptacle behind the house. $400 smoke cleaning fee inside of the cabin. * Please do not bathe your pet or service animal in the showers. This will clog our septic tank. * Up to 2 dogs are allowed but they must be 50 lbs or less and housebroken - No aggressive breeds allowed. There is a 36 inch dog crate in the home. Any pet left home alone must remain in the crate. In order to bring a pet, you must select the # of pets on your reservation. Guests violating this policy will be asked to leave without refund. * We have 2 exterior cameras. One is above the front entry and the second is facing the bbq grill on the rear of the house.

Had a good stay, kids had fun in hot tub and game room, the neighbours were noisy and would play Loud music late into the night-1am which was bothersome. Bathroom fittings were an issue, the bath curtain holder kept falling and needs to be fixed. Rooms were smaller than expected. Other than that it was a good stay, clean and kept well. Host was responsive and gave clear instructions. Thanks

We came from Ohio with my disabled dad ( cranky veteran that can’t walk) so easy to get inside and he had the master bed on main floor which was what we needed since he can’t do the stairs. Kids stayed up all night relaxing on the back porch and playing games. It was so nice seeing and hearing them all getting along. The older ones loved walking around the neighborhood and seen quite a few bears. We have a dog with epilepsy so we had to bring him and this place was beyond pet friendly ! Toys and bowls if needed for the fur babies just really special and thoughtful. We were so sad we weren’t able to get it for longer. This was the best family vacation we have had yet and we have been to the area many times. At one point a couple of us got lost and had to be rescued from the mountains but taking out exhausted selves back to the hot tub to heal our aching body’s was great ! We loved it so much and did all we could to leave it just as perfect as when we walked in.

Prior to our visit Matt messaged us clear instructions on how to get there and check in. In the same message all instructions for use of the home and passwords were provided, it was very informative and when I had questions once I arrived all I had to do was refer to my initial detailed message.

Matt & Justin were fantastick at answering any questions we had very promptly which made things so much easier. The home was just as it looked in the pics and the house is about a ten minute drive from downtown yet still in the country. There were seven of us, four adults and three teens. Everyone had plenty of room without ever feeling cramped. We would deffinatly stay her again or even in another of their properties without thinking twice. Thank you gentlemen for a very special family memory none of us will ever forget.

Really enjoyed the stay and the location. Cabin was how described and was located close enough yet far enough from everything. Area was extremely quiet almost like you were isolated even though there are cabins nearby. Even had quite the experience with some of the local wildlife. A trash can panda with no fear of humans. All and all a great visit and will more than likely coming back in fall.
